On Wednesday October 17, 2018 the Poughkeepsie Journal ran a full page article featuring Mary Anne and Richard Erickson and our Feel Good Food cookbook. We are so honored by all the love we've been getting in the press this week. The article also gives a sneak preview for the tasting and signing event we're doing tomorrow Sunday October 21st at bluecashew Kitchen Homestead in uptown Kingston from 1:00-3:00pm. It's going to be lots of fun and informative too, as Richard will be demonstrating how easy it is to make your own fabulous bruschetta appetizers with a few of our condiments that are featured in the book.
