Our mission at Blue Mountain Bistro-to-Go is to provide delicious food that meets the highest standards of quality, freshness and seasonality. We serve busy working professionals, Hudson Valley residents, discerning New York City second home owners, and visitors on Route 28.

We strive to provide every customer with impeccable service that exceeds their expectations. This includes those who purchase food to take home, or are guests at one of our fully catered events.

We are committed to creating joy in the workplace by sharing our knowledge and passion of good food with our employees and customers. Together we embrace a spirit of teamwork with a willingness to face challenges with a positive attitude.

We are closely connected to our community and give back through on-going donations to local food banks, soup kitchens, and fundraisers.

At Blue Mountain Bistro-to-Go we sell what we cook and we cook what we sell. Our shelves are bursting with grocery products from around the Mediterranean: beautiful unique Greek olive oil; vinegars from France, Italy, Spain and Greece; risotto, polenta, and couscous; gourmet and sea salts; jams and jellies; local and imported artisanal cheeses; olives and local pickles; Spanish chorizo, prosciutto, Soppressata and other delicacies. These items are loved and used by our kitchen and staff.

7 days a week, our chefs prepare a variety of meat, seafood, chicken, vegetable dishes, and salads. Our selections are based on seasonal availability, daily inspiration and customer requests. We are happy to accommodate most requests given enough time.
