Dip Bar
Choose four: miso edamame hummus, roasted red pepper hummus, artichoke-spinach dip, layered black bean dip, yogurt-feta dip, French onion, white bean brandade, guacamole, whipped goat cheese-beet dip, warm pepper jack dip, accompanied by assorted chips, crackers, and crostinis.

Vegetable Garden Crudite Display
Assorted fresh, colorful, seasonal vegetables with your choice of two house-made dips - gorgonzola-herb dip, red pepper aioli, or our house-made hummus

Smoked Fish Display
Gold label smoked salmon, pastrami smoked salmon or gravlaks, smoked trout, and whitefish salad - all locally smoked by Catsmo. Served with traditional accompaniments, assorted breads and crackers.

Raw Bar
Two varieties of oysters, crab claws, jumbo poached shrimp on ice, freshly shucked and lavishly displayed with Bloody Mary cocktail and mignonette sauces.

Dinner Station menu

This menu is intended for an extended cocktail hour style of party, with no sit down dinner. All stations are dinner stations, not appetizers stations.

Standard Stations

Salad Station:
Caesar bites on mini romaine spears, local mixed greens or spinach with goat cheese, toasted almonds, cherry tomatoes, and balsamic or fig vinaigrette 

Pasta Station:
spinach and egg tortellini or three-cheese ravioli, penne, marinara, basil pesto, vodka sauce,  roasted peppers, broccoli rabe, chicken or Italian sausage 

Mac 'n' Cheese Bar:
"au gratin" accompanied by your choice of 5 toppings: broccoli, bacon, pulled pork, buffalo chicken, jalapeños, peas and carrots, fried onions, a selection of hot sauces

Mashed Potato Bar:
Yukon Gold mashed potatoes accompanied by your choice of five toppings: bacon, Adirondack cheddar, sour cream, mixed mushrooms, gorgonzola cheese, roasted garlic, chives, broccoli, etc...

Asian Station: 
Assorted dumplings, spring rolls, dim sum, dipping sauces and sesame noodles 

Premium Stations

Slider Station:
Choose two slider options: Angus beef sliders with cheddar and roasted tomato, Chicken-feta sliders with basil-balsamic aioli, classic pulled pork with caramelized onions and jalapeño aioli, Korean BBQ pulled pork with kim chi.

Taco Bar:
Soft shell or hard shell tacos - choose three fillings: beef, pork, chicken, fish, or tofu sofrito scramble. Served with summer fruit salsa or guacamole, pico de gallo, salsa verde; cheddar cheese or queso fresco, sour cream, pickled onion, and shredded lettuce

Seafood Station:
Whole side of poached salmon; cod cakes Basquaise OR mini crab cakes with Old Bay tartar sauce; shrimp and gigande beans OR shirmp salad rolls

Southern Station:
Buttermilk fried chicken, smothered greens, stewed black-eyed peas, choice of corn bread or buttermilk biscuits with sausage gravy, honey-butter, and red pepper jelly.

Carving Station:
New York Hereford strip steak or beef short ribs with horseradish sauce, Murray's locally raised turkey breast with apricot mustard and mostarda di fruita

Dessert Stations

Dessert Buffet Station:
Includes 2 standard items and 2 premium items, additional choices charged per person.
Standard: brownies, magic bars, lemon tartlets, Russian tea cakes, macaroons, assorted cookies
Premium: mini cupcakes, mini cheesecakes, mini eclairs, pecan tassies, seasonal fruit tartlets, chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate mousse shots, chocolate truffles

The standard wedding cake is three tiered, layered and filled with buttercream frosting.

Cake flavors: vanilla, chocolate, marble, lemon, red velvet, or carrot
Fillings: buttercream (vanilla, chocolate, lemon, mocha, coconut), vanilla pastry cream, fruit preserves, lemon curd, chocolate or raspberry mousse, whipped ganache, or fresh fruit
Frostings: buttercream (same as above), cream cheese frosting (orange or plain), whipped cream, or whipped ganache (additional charge)

Dessert Buffet:

This option is an additional $2.50 per person, and includes one piece of each choice per two guests. Select 3 from the Standard list below, and 1 from the Premium list. You may add additional choices, priced as noted below. "
