Dinner Station menu

This menu is intended for an extended cocktail hour style of party, with no sit down dinner. All stations are dinner stations, not appetizers stations.

The standard wedding cake is tiered, layered, filled and frosted - choices below.


Standard Cake flavors: Vanilla, chocolate, marble, lemon, mocha

Premium Cake flavors: Carrot, red velvet

Standard Fillings: American buttercream (flavor of your choice), Swiss meringue buttercream (flavor of your choice), vanilla pastry cream, fruit preserves (paired with another filling), cream cheese frosting

Premium Fillings: French buttercream (flavor of your choice), lemon curd, chocolate or fruit mousse, whipped ganache, diplomat (flavor of your choice), fresh fruit (paired with another filling)

Standard Frostings: Swiss meringue buttercream (flavor of your choice), cream cheese frosting, orange cream cheese frosting

Premium Frostings: Whipped ganache, French buttercream (flavor of your choice)

NOTE: French buttercream has a yellow hue and can not be made white if chosen as the frosting.
