Dinner Station menu

This menu is intended for an extended cocktail hour style of party, with no sit down dinner. All stations are dinner stations, not appetizers stations.

Standard Stations

Pasta Station:
spinach and egg tortellini, penne, marinara, basil-walnut pesto, vodka sauce, broccoli-rabe, roasted peppers, local sausage

Risotto Station:
Classical Italian rich and creamy risotto, selected preparations: shrimp and lobster, shitake and cremini mushroom, asparagus and pea.

Mashed Potato Bar:
Yukon Gold mashed potatoes
Choose five toppings: bacon, Adirondack cheddar, sour cream, mixed mushrooms, gorgonzola cheese, roasted garlic, chives, broccoli, etc...

Salad Station:
Caesar bites on mini romaine spears, local mixed greens or spinach with goat cheese, toasted almonds, cherry tomatoes, and balsamic or fig vinaigrette

Premium Stations

Asian Station:
Assorted dumplings, spring rolls, dim sum, dipping sauce and sesame noodles

Slider Station:
Chicken-feta burgers with sundried tomato sauce; Angus beef burgers with cheddar, roasted tomato and ketchup; Classic pulled pork with carmelized onions OR Korean BBQ pulled pork with kim chi.

Seafood Bar:

Carving Station:

The standard wedding cake is three tiered, layered and filled with buttercream frosting.


Cake flavors: vanilla, chocolate, marble, lemon, red velvet, or carrot
Fillings: buttercream (vanilla, chocolate, lemon, mocha, coconut), vanilla pastry cream, fruit preserves, lemon curd, chocolate or raspberry mousse, whipped ganache, or fresh fruit
Frostings: buttercream (same as above), cream cheese, whipped cream, whipped ganache, or chocolate glaze

Dessert Buffet:
As an add-on to the wedding cake:
This option is an additional $2.50 per person, and includes one piece of each choice per two guests. Select 3 from the Standard list below, and 1 from the Premium list. You may add additional choices, priced as noted below.
As a replacement for the wedding cake: This option is an the same price as a wedding cake, and includes one piece of each choice per guest. Select 3 from the Standard list below, and 1 from the Premium list. You may add additional choices, priced as noted below.
You may also add a token 8" cutting cake for a flat fee of $50.00
