House-made caponata, soppressata, insalata caprese, marinated artichokes, olives, pickled peppers, and focaccia. Seafood salad (+$5.00 pp)

Mediterranean Mezze
Creamy hummus and baba ganoush, stuffed grape leaves, marinated feta, assorted olives, flatbreads and za'atar grilled pitas

Vegetable Garden Crudite Display
Assorted fresh, colorful, seasonal vegetables with your choice of two house-made dips - gorgonzola-herb dip, red pepper aioli, or our house-made hummus

Smoked Fish Display
Catsmo locally smoked salmon, pastrami cured salmon, smoked trout, whitefish salad. Served with traditional accompaniments, assorted breads and crackers.

Hudson Valley Harvest Table
A sumptuous display of cheeses, fresh and dried fruits, sliced meats, vegetables and dips, nuts, and a selection of Bread Alone breads and crackers.

Dinner Station menu

This menu is intended for an extended cocktail hour style of party, with no sit down dinner. All stations are dinner stations, not appetizers stations.

The standard wedding cake is three tiered, layered and filled with buttercream frosting.


Cake flavors: vanilla, chocolate, marble, lemon, red velvet, or carrot
Fillings: buttercream (vanilla, chocolate, lemon, mocha, coconut), vanilla pastry cream, fruit preserves, lemon curd, chocolate or raspberry mousse, whipped ganache, or fresh fruit
Frostings: buttercream (same as above), cream cheese frosting (orange or plain), whipped cream, or whipped ganache (additional charge)

Dessert Buffet:
As an add-on to the wedding cake:
This option is an additional $2.50 per person, and includes one piece of each choice per two guests. Select 3 from the Standard list below, and 1 from the Premium list. You may add additional choices, priced as noted below. "
