Dinner Station menu

This menu is intended for an extended cocktail hour style of party, with no sit down dinner. All stations are dinner stations, not appetizers stations.

Standard Stations

Salad Station:

Pasta Station:
Mushroom ravioli, spinach, caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms

Pasta Carbonara with pancetta and peas

Mashed Potato Bar:

Asian Station:

New York Hereford strip steak with horseradish sauce, Murray's locally raised turkey breast and Berkshire pork loin, fig mustard and honey mustard

The standard wedding cake is three tiered, layered and filled with buttercream frosting.


Cake flavors: vanilla, chocolate, marble, lemon, red velvet, or carrot
Fillings: buttercream (vanilla, chocolate, lemon, mocha, coconut), vanilla pastry cream, fruit preserves, lemon curd, chocolate or raspberry mousse, whipped ganache, or fresh fruit
Frostings: buttercream (same as above), cream cheese frosting (orange or plain), whipped cream, or whipped ganache (additional charge)
