The leaves hadn't started turning yet at the beginning of September, but the weather couldn't have been more delightful for this picture perfect wedding for Kate and Dan. They chose a former horse farm turned wedding venue called Tralee Farm for their big celebration, much to delight of their family and friends! The guests arrived from the ceremony at the church and were greeted to a backyard cocktail hour behind the historic stone house with glorious views of the surrounding hills.

Our staff assembling the appetizers.
Among the appetizers they chose were our Pulled Pork with Jalapeno Mayo on a homemade cheddar corn bread biscuit - a huge crowd pleaser.
Watermelon - feta Skewers, always refreshing!
Lobster Rolls - always a crowd pleaser!
As the cocktail hour drew to a close the guests wandered down the lane to the big barn and were greeted at the entrance by this clever display of flip flops in every size - in case those pumps were not appropriate for dancing on a barn floor!
Another fun touch was this creative use of an old ladder for the menu display at the beginning of the buffet! All the guests were delighted to enjoy our BBQ menu (more pics at http://www.pinterest.com/bistrotogo/bistro-to-go-bbq/).

They chose the classic Bistro BBQ menu that featured:

Caesar Salad
Black Bean
Corn Salad with mixed pepper confetti
Old Fashioned Potato Salad
Roasted Summer Vegetables
Meaty and Saucy St. Louis-style Ribs
Bistro Steak, pepper and herb grilled
Sesame Salmon withThai barbeque sauce
Our Signature Apple-radish Slaw
Homemade Corn Bread
