Our catering menu gives you delicious choices for any party or event you're planning. Big or small, night or day – all of us at the Blue Mountain Bistro-to-Go are ready to create a delicious menu that will make your day the most memorable!

Our catering food service is the Best in the Hudson Valley, and everything we serve will contribute to making your party spectacular and the one everyone will be talking about for days to come (sometimes even years!!!)

The Full Wedding Package

A complete wedding menu package includes:
Six appetizers (could be a combination of passed and stationary, appetizer stations are extra)
A served salad course
Two entree selections, vegetarian entrees to order
Two accompaniments, chef's vegetable medley, bread and butter
Wedding cake (dessert buffet available for an additional fee), coffee and tea service.

$85 per person, priced according to selections.

The standard wedding cake is a three tiered, layered and filled cake with buttercream frosting.

As an add-on to the wedding cake: This option is an additional $2.50 per person, and includes one piece of each choice per two guests. Select 3 from the Standard list below, and 1 from the Premium list. You may add additional choices, priced as noted below.

Theme Dinners

French Provencal Buffet, “le Grand Aioli”

Casual yet sophisticated elegance! This traditional room temperature feast is celebrated in many villages in the south of France, and has become a signature party menu for Blue Mountain Bistro Catering!

A stunning display of poached and steamed seasonal vegetables (ex: fennel, asparagus, carrots, turnips, beets, French green beans, fingerling potatoes, artichokes, and tomatoes) accompanied by freshly grilled shrimp, filet mignon, and salmon or salt cod for traditionalists. Bowls of aioli, sea salt and cracked black pepper accompany this extraordinary summer party fare!

This menu is designed as a room temperature buffet for warm weather affairs. No rental ovens or grills required. Featuring the bounty of the Hudson Valley and our chef's inspiration and creativity, this colorful meal is perfect for grazing and mingling with friends and guests.

This menu is intended for an extended cocktail hour style of party, with no sit down dinner. All stations are dinner stations, not appetizers stations.

Risotto Station:
Classical Italian rich and creamy risotto, selected preparations, shrimp and lobster, shitake and cremini mushroom, asparagus and pea.
