Our pastry chef creates multi-tiered wedding cakes in our new bakery! Pick any flavor cake and your choice of filling or icing.  We also make “fun” birthday or special occasion cakes, tartes, pies and more.

The standard wedding cake is a three tiered, layered and filled sponge cake with buttercream frosting.

Pricing Information

A complete wedding menu package includes 6 appetizers (could be a combination of stationary and passed), a served salad, two entree selections, two accompaniments, vegetarian entrees to order, chef’s vegetable medley, bread, butter, wedding cake and/or dessert buffet (additional cost if you want both), and coffee and tea service. The price for this menu package is $75-85 per person depending on your choices.

This traditional feast is celebrated in many villages in the south of France, and has become a signature party menu for Blue Mountain Bistro Catering!!  

A stunning display of poached and steamed seasonal vegetables (ex: fennel, asparagus, carrots, turnips, beets, French green beans, fingerling potatoes, artichokes, and tomatoes) accompanied by freshly grilled shrimp, filet mignon, and salmon.     This menu is designed for those relaxed occasions when a less formal menu is desired. Featuring the bounty of the Hudson Valley, this room temperature buffet is a suggestion and allows room for the chefs’ inspiration and creativity.
